1. Terms

1.1. CHILDREN'S CLASSES (3-12 years old)

  • 100% payment by bank transfer or via the website izoart.lv;
  • payment is non-refundable;
  • the subscription reserves a place in the group;
  • in case you do not wish to extend the subscription and after some time you wish to renew it, the place in the group is on request and is not guaranteed;
  • subscriptions from 8 to 20 classes are available with the option of monthly payment for only 4 classes - the longer the subscription period, the lower the cost of classes;
  • during the subscription period, your credit card will be automatically charged for the next 4 classes every 4 weeks;
  • the subscription allows you to transfer 1 missed class per month free of charge, having previously agreed on the date and time. You must notify the studio of your absence at least 24 hours before the start of the class by writing to info@izoart.lv;
  • if you miss more than 1 class per month during your subscription, you must submit a note from your doctor to the studio in order to transfer the class for free;
  • missed classes that the studio was not informed about are considered used and cannot be transferred;
  • all materials must be purchased by you and are not included in the price;
  • when working with paint and/or other smearing materials, please dress appropriately for the job, treat the workplace with care, and leave the studio and related premises clean;
  • you must arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the start of the class.

For classes you need to bring:

  • preschool children (3-6 years old): colored paper, scissors, PVA glue (pencil), regular pencil, brushes, gouache paints, a glass of water, A4 paper album, apron or clothes that can be smeared, a change of shoes (optional);
  • school children (7-12 years old): brushes, gouache paints, A3 paper album, pencil, eraser, a glass of water, apron, a change of shoes (optional).

1.2. ANIME COURSES FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS (subscription for 8 lessons)

  • 100% payment by bank transfer or via the website izoart.lv;
  • payment is non-refundable; a subscription to 8 classes reserves a place in the group;
  • all materials are purchased by yourself and are not included in the price of the classes.
  • For classes you will need: thick paper in A4 format, a pencil, an eraser and several colored markers;

1.3. PAINTING COURSES FOR ADULTS AND TEENAGERS

  • 100% payment by bank transfer or via the website izoart.lv;
  • payment is non-refundable;
  • the subscription reserves a place in the group;
  • in case you do not want to extend the subscription, and after some time you want to renew it, the place in the group is on request and is not guaranteed;

1.4. PAINTING MASTERCLASSES

  • 100% payment by bank transfer or via the website izoart.lv until the start of the master class;
  • payment is non-refundable;
  • cancellation of the master class if there are 48 hours or less left until the start - 100%, but the master class can be transferred to another day for an additional fee of 20 EUR and if there are free places available;
  • failure to show up for the master class (without prior notice) - 100%, without the possibility of transferring the class;
  • replacement of a participant is possible without additional fee.

MK concept:

  • all materials for the work are included in the price;
  • you must arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the start of the master class;
  • when working with paint and/or other smearing materials, please dress appropriately for the job, treat the workplace with care, and leave the studio and related premises clean.

Video and photo shooting may take place for marketing purposes - if you do not want to be filmed or your work filmed, please notify the studio employee in advance.

2. Distance contract

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must stipulate the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a stipulation is called a distance contract (MK regulations).

The seller of the services offered in this Online Store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell the service to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

The Buyer orders services through the website www.izoart.lv, indicating the service to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the service using the payment tools built into the Internet application or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the service within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the letter of refusal form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.

The buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal if one of the following conditions applies:

  • the buyer has already attended the lesson/masterclass;
  • the service date has already passed and the buyer did not attend the lesson or masterclass;
  • less than 48 hours remain until the start of the service.
