1. Terms and Conditions

1.1. CHILDREN’S ART CLASSES (AGES 3–12)

  • Payment must be made in full, either by bank transfer or through the izoart.lv website.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • A subscription reserves your place in the group.
  • If you choose not to renew your subscription and decide to return at a later date, a place in your previous group is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Subscriptions are available for 8 to 20 classes, with the option to pay monthly for 4 classes at a time. The longer the subscription period, the lower the cost per class.
  • During the subscription period, your credit card will be automatically charged every 4 weeks for the next 4 classes.
  • The subscription allows you to reschedule 1 missed class per month free of charge, provided that a new date and time are agreed in advance. The studio must be notified of the absence at least 24 hours before the class by email at info@izoart.lv.
  • If more than 1 class per month is missed during the subscription period, a doctor’s note must be provided to the studio in order to reschedule the additional missed class free of charge.
  • Missed classes that the studio was not notified about in advance are considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
  • All art materials must be purchased by the participant and are not included in the class price.
  • When working with paint and/or other materials that may stain, please dress appropriately, take care of your workspace, and leave your workspace and the surrounding studio areas clean and tidy after the class.
  • Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the start of the class.

What to Bring to classes:

  • Preschool children (ages 3–6): colored paper, scissors, PVA glue (glue stick), pencil, paintbrushes, gouache paints, a cup for water, A4 sketchbook/paper pad, apron or clothing that can get stained, indoor/change of shoes (optional).
  • School-age children (ages 7–12): paintbrushes, gouache paints, A3 sketchbook/paper pad, pencil, eraser, a cup for water, apron, indoor/change of shoes (optional).

1.2. ANIME COURSES FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS (8-Class Subscription)

  • Payment must be made in full, either by bank transfer or through the izoart.lv website.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • The 8-class subscription reserves your place in the group.
  • All materials must be purchased by the participant and are not included in the class price.

What to Bring:

  • Thick A4 paper
  • Pencil
  • Eraser
  • Several colored markers

1.3. PAINTING COURSES FOR ADULTS AND TEENAGERS

  • Payment must be made in full, either by bank transfer or through the izoart.lv website.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • A subscription reserves your place in the group.

1.4. PAINTING MASTERCLASSES

  • Payment must be made in full by bank transfer or through the izoart.lv website before the masterclass begins.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a masterclass 48 hours or less before it starts, 100% of the payment will be charged. However, you may transfer your booking to another date for an additional €20, provided that places are available.
  • Failure to attend the masterclass without prior notice will result in 100% of the payment being charged, with no option to reschedule.
  • You may transfer your booking to another participant free of charge.

Masterclass Conditions:

  • All materials required for the masterclass are included in the price.
  • Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the masterclass begins.
  • When working with paint and/or other materials that may stain, please dress appropriately, take care of your workspace, and leave your workspace and the surrounding studio areas clean and tidy after the masterclass.

Photography and Video:

  • For marketing purposes, photographs and video recordings may be taken during classes and masterclasses. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, or do not want your artwork to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the studio staff in advance.

2. Distance Contract

Under the laws of the Republic of Latvia, online service providers are required to provide information regarding the delivery and return of goods and services, as well as the consumer's right of withdrawal. These provisions are governed by the applicable distance contract regulations.

The provider of the services offered through this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following agreement:

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the service in accordance with the Buyer's order.

The Buyer orders services through the izoart.lv website by selecting the desired service. The Buyer may pay for the service using the payment methods available through the online store or by paying an invoice issued and sent by the Seller via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a service within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase by sending a written withdrawal notice to the Seller. The Seller will provide the Buyer with a withdrawal form by email upon request.

The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The Buyer has already attended the class or masterclass.
  • The scheduled date of the service has already passed, and the Buyer did not attend the class or masterclass.
  • There are less than 48 hours remaining before the service begins.
