Distance agreement

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires that online stores indicate the terms of delivery, return of goods and the right of refusal. These conditions constitute a distance contract.


The buyer orders services through the website www.izoart.lv, indicating the selected services. Payment is possible through built-in payment tools or by invoice sent by email. The electronic invoice is valid without a signature.

Refund policy: 

The buyer has the right to refuse the service within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase by sending a notice of refusal to the seller. The seller sends a refusal form at the buyer's request by email.

The Buyer cannot use the right to refuse from service if one of the following conditions is met:

  • the buyer has already attended a lesson/master class;
  • the service date has already passed and the buyer has not attended the lesson/master class;
  • less than 48 hours left before the start of the service;
  • the service was purchased at a promotional price.
